This guide will help you prepare your institution for Peach. Most teams complete setup in less than 15 minutes.
Before beginning, identify the shared mailbox your office uses for student communications.

What you’ll need

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Peach supports Microsoft and Google authentication.

Shared mailbox

A shared inbox used by your financial aid office.

Administrator access

An administrator may be required to approve permissions.

Peach account

Access to your institution’s Peach environment.

Connect your email provider

Choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Authorize Peach

Grant the permissions required for authentication and mailbox access.

Connect a shared mailbox

Select the inbox your team will use inside Peach.

Invite your team

Assign users and configure access levels.

Start working tickets

Begin managing student communications from Peach.

Choose your email provider

Microsoft 365

Configure Peach using Microsoft Entra and shared mailboxes.

Google Workspace

Connect Peach using your Google Workspace environment.

User roles

Admin

Admins can:
  • Manage users
  • Configure integrations
  • Connect inboxes
  • Manage platform settings

Editor

Editors can:
  • Work tickets
  • Generate AI responses
  • Send emails
  • Access assigned inboxes
Users must be assigned access before they can sign in to Peach.
